in the admin area click manage members and then click contributors then you have to tick boxes and stuff allowing us to submit to folders and stuff.....i'm not really good at explaining i can put a pic up if that would help? :s

go to the admin page, and there on the part of manage members, look at the part who says "Founder, Co-founder, Members, etc etc" there you can open the submissions to the group.
